Job Description
You will focus on the day-to-day compliance operations of our first nonprofit identity network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commitment to regulatory excellence and maintaining strong relationships with regulators, nonprofits, and our partner bank.
- Review and clear escalated compliance onboarding cases and transaction monitoring cases, clearing out every case to get to "inbox zero" each day.
- Improve efficiency of onboarding and transaction monitoring workflows so nonprofits and payers are verified faster without compromising accuracy. Build systems and processes to handle 1,000 cases per day.
- Maintain near-zero error rate in compliance casework (onboarding, monitoring, reporting).
- Reduce compliance customer support resolution time by creating documentation and using AI for clearer solutions that scale.
- Optimize transaction monitoring processes to flag suspicious activity quickly and escalate appropriately.
- Deliver compliance trainings and improve team-wide compliance literacy.
- In-person position at Chariot’s NYC office.

- Experience working in financial (KYC/KYB, BSA/AML transaction monitoring) compliance preferred.
- Experience with building systems, including basic coding, preferred.
