Job Description

Chariot has tens of thousands of nonprofit and DAF relationships. This role will focus on turning those relationships into a community - one that shows up for our events and feels connected to the DAF movement. You'll own DAF Day, our conference presence, and the content engine that keeps organizations engaged. You'll also lay the groundwork for Chariot's first owned flagship event. If you love producing events, building audiences, and making people feel like insiders, read on.

Own DAF Day (2025 recap here). Full campaign (virtual + in-person), partner coordination, content, promotion.
Grow event participation. Webinars, user forums, conference activations.
Run our conference presence. ~12 sector conferences/year: booth, speaking support, side events
Launch a content engine. Recaps, newsletters, slides, follow-up assets that keep the community warm

Proven track record producing events
Comfort in Figma Slides and strong prose for recaps and collateral
Experience growing an audience or member community

Pay Transparency

Base salary range of $100,000 - $140,000, with equity upside.
