Job Description
In this role, you'll be the internal operator who builds systems that scale across the business. You'll own critical operational functions, from process optimization to talent operations, ensuring the company scales strongly.
You'll work directly with our founders to tackle the most important problem for Chariot each week, month, quarter bringing operational rigor and data-driven decision making to every part of the business. To learn more about Chariot’s hiring philosophy see this page in our handbook.
Talent:
- Maniacally focus on building a world class team set on revolutionizing charitable payments
- Shape how we show up externally through events, career site presence, and compelling job descriptions
- Screen resumes, build candidate lists, and drive outreach strategy across channels
- Ensure every candidate interaction, from outreach to onsite, feels thoughtful and buttoned-up
BizOps:
- Drive company-wide dashboards, KPIs, and reporting so every team has clear visibility into performance and can make fast, data-driven decisions
- Create new systems for customer success, contact sourcing, and other core workflows so we can scale ops functions without growing our headcount at the same rate
- When something new, undefined, or cross-functional pops up, you’re trusted to take full ownership and deliver results
People Ops:
- Design onboarding flows, team rituals, and office operating procedures that are clear, consistent, and scalable as we grow
- Own the entire employee lifecycle in Notion, from pre hire setup to smooth exits, with organized checklists and strong follow-through
- Maintain HRIS accuracy, benefits admin, policy docs, and compliance training
- Run development check ins and help create a culture of continuous improvement
