Job Description

This internship is what we wish we had in college. The opportunity to see a startup grow and scale from the inside, not just learning in a classroom, but building alongside a team, understanding how 0 → 1 actually happens, and developing real, tangible skills.

Spend your summer with Chariot! We offer a 10-week, paid internship program (early June - mid-August), spanning our Legal & Compliance, Engineering & Product teams.

We are looking for:

• 2 Technical Interns
• 1 Legal / Compliance Intern

Interns will be responsible for supporting their respective teams, as well as owning a “Summer Project”, which they’ll each present at the end of their internships.

This is a great opportunity to get fast-paced, real-world work experience as a quickly-growing tech startup making an impact.

About You

• Eager to contribute. You’re motivated by the concept of getting exposure to as many different workflows as you can.
• Scrappy. You have a “try it first, then ask for guidance” mentality when it comes to problem-solving.
• Mission-aligned. You’re drawn to Chariot’s mission of building for the nonprofit sector (and may even have some nonprofit causes you support in your spare time!).
• (Technical Interns) You love shipping code. You’ve built at least one real project that people use.
• (Legal & Compliance Intern) You’re a law student or interested in the field(s) of law and / or compliance. You enjoy problem solving and the challenge of understanding how new products fit into existing legal and regulatory frameworks. </aside>
